As part of our commitment to innovation in pensions, we have enhanced our online experience for our valued intermediary partners & members. We are now pleased to announce some positive changes to our online portal that you can directly benefit from.

What has changed?

  • User’s no longer need 2 separate logins for different services. You can now view existing cases and new applications all in one place.
  • We have also enhanced the experience for any new applications to include a pipeline tracker, giving you updates on the status of your application

How might these changes affect me?

If you normally view details of any existing pensions via this page then the way that you access this information has changed as explained below.

Financial Advisers

If your firm has previously registered for an online login via this website using the “Register” button in the top right corner of our website, then you will already be able to access this information by simply clicking into the “IFA login area” at the top of our website. There is a “forgotten password” facility, should you need to reset your details.

If you are unsure whether your firm has already Registered via this website or whether you have been allocated an individual login via your firm’s Agency Administrator then please contact our Customer Relations Team on +44 (0)203 479 5505 - Option 2 (Advisers)

SIPP Clients

If you normally view details about your case via this page of our website then you will now need to contact us so that we can email you a link for you to set up your new password.

In order to do this, please contact us on +44 (0)203 479 5505 - Option 3 (Clients) and have the following details to hand:

  • Your security password (we only ask for certain characters of this when you call us)
  • Your email address
  • Your National Insurance number

If your original pension application was submitted to us online then you should be able to login to view your case details by following the “Client Area” button at the top of this website. There is a “forgotten password” facility, should you need to reset your details this way.
