Penny Hudson (Managing)

Is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute and a full time insurance executive. She has been working in the insurance industry, both London and offshore, for fifteen years and has extensive experience in both the management of insurance companies and life and pensions.

Ray Pilley

Is a solicitor of some twenty years standing the last thirteen of which have been spent in Gibraltar. He has his own broad based Practice and is a trustee of pension funds and legal adviser to a number of Government bodies.

Frederick White

Is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and is a partner of Grant Thornton Gibraltar. Frederick White has extensive experience in accounting for commercial and insurance companies together with advising on tax matters and relevant fiduciary services.

Ray Langham

Is an Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and an Associate of the Compliance Institute. He was Managing Director of SG Hambros Bank & Trust (Gibraltar) Limited until his retirement in November 2000 after 35 years in banking in London and Gibraltar covering a broad spectrum of experience including Private Clients and Insurance Companies.

 

London & Colonial is authorised by the Financial Services Commission in Gibraltar. The FSC operates the same standards as the UK authorities and in accordance with EU directives.

London & Colonial is authorised to carry on life business only. L&C does not have a branch in the UK although its products are available to UK residents under the EU passport arrangements through independent financial advisers.

The New Open Annuity and Guaranteed Annuity are lifetime annuities as defined in the Finance Act 2004 and can be purchased with funds from registered pension schemes.
